Green Coffee refers to coffee beans that have not been roasted. Coffee grows on trees and the fruit is a berry. The beans are actually green seeds in the berry. Green Coffee extract contains a variety of plant constituents, including high amounts of chlorogenic acids and other polyphenols, which research has shown may be responsible for the beneficial activity of Green Coffee. While roasting gives coffee beans a distinctive flavor, color and aroma, chlorogenic acid breaks down with the beans are roasted. In contrast, Green Coffee beans have little aroma and a bitter taste. In addition, Green Coffee beans have a high ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) value.
Suggested Use: Take 1 capsule of the green coffee bean with a full glass of water 20 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
